Food and Restaurants
Nick's Fish Market - A beautiful restaurant at the Fairmont Kei Lani hotel with the best service and food in Wailea. We loved the unique appetizer , Poi Pounder. It is ahi carpaccio wrapped around a ball of blue crab salad, wasabi aioli and maui avocado.
Ko Restaurant - Also located at the Fairmont Kei Lani hotel with an extensive menu and great service. We had a memorable entree, Seafood lau lau which consists of Mahi Mahi, Shrimp and scallops over bok choy and mushrooms. It comes with a side order of mashed sweet potatoes.
Capische - A romantic restaurant located at the Wailea Hotel
Grand Wailea Hotel - Great friendly and efficient service staff. Magnificent manicured grounds. Large, spotless guest rooms with one of the best deep soaking bath tubs. It also has a beautiful chapel for weddings and renewal if one's vowels.
